"We are delighted about the new top rating from Scope which is proof of our high credibility in sustainable investment and our leading role in sustainable fund investments," says Hannes Cizek, CEO of Raiffeisen Capital Management about the AAA rating from the German rating agency.

  • For the third time in a row, AAA for excellent quality and expertise in the management of sustainable fund strategies

  • Decisive criteria for highest grade: high motivation in the team and continuous improvement and further development of processes

For Scope, Raiffeisen Capital Management is characterised by the high motivation of the people involved at all levels to jointly manage the sustainable fund strategies in the best possible way and to continuously incorporate new findings and improvements into the processes. The multidimensional investment process ensures that all tangible aspects of sustainability are taken into account as part of the allocation decision, without ignoring financial aspects. The comprehensive, integrative, quantitatively and qualitatively high-quality investment process is reflected in the allocation of the target portfolios and, in Scope's opinion, creates the conditions for reducing the investment risk and ensuring responsible management of the assets entrusted to it. In addition to the traditional, detailed fundamental analysis, the Raiffeisen ESG Corporate Indicator (ESG sector assessment: future issues and policies, ESG company value and commitment assessment), which consists of three elements, is taken into account in every investment decision.

"It is important to us that we allow new approaches in our responsible investment process. We have no time to lose and must continue the transformation. And we can only do this by supporting it and not by excluding companies because they have not yet reached the end of the transformation,"

The future transformation topics of energy, raw materials, infrastructure, circular economy, mobility, technology, health, nutrition and well-being are also covered on the website www.investment-zukunft.at, among others. The website offers investors who want to delve a little deeper into the subject of responsible investments a good insight into how Raiffeisen Capital Management thinks, acts and invests when it comes to ESG investments.
