FNG-Label 2023

FNG Label

Forum Nachhaltige Geldanlagen (FNG), the Socially Responsible Investment Forum, has set a quality standard for retail SRI funds in the German-speaking world with its FNG seal. The FNG seal offers private investors the following advantages: transparent and clear depiction of the SRI strategy consideration of the sustainability criteria of environment, social, and good governance exclusion of atomic energy and weapons exclusion in the event of violations against the UN Global Compact.

Umweltzeichen

Austrian ECO-label

The selection criteria for environmental seal funds are clearly defined and are audited by internal fund committees or external organisations. Investors want a clear picture of the ecological and social concept of the fund they have chosen. Funds with the environmental seal provide this information according to the transparency guidelines of the European Sustainable and Responsible Investment Forum. The SRI funds of Raiffeisen Capital Management are among the first to bear Austria’s environmental seal.

Top of the funds award

Award for the “Raiffeisen Classic Fund” of our subsidiary Raiffeisen Invest in Croatia

Good news from Croatia from our subsidiary “R-Invest”. Back in April, the Raiffeisen Classic fund received the “Top of the Funds” award from the Croatian Chamber of Commerce. The Raiffeisen Classic fund was declared the best open-ended bond fund in the “Investment and Pension Funds” category. The “Top of the Funds” award is traditionally presented every year on the occasion of World Fund Day on April 19. This year, Raiffeisen Invest was one of the lucky winners. The Raiffeisen Classic fund received this award due to its very successful performance. In 2023, the fund achieved an average annual return of 5.22%.

The award was presented at the Croatian Chamber of Commerce by Chief Economist Goran Šaravanja. He presented the award to the Head of Raiffeisen Invest, Vesna Tomljenović Čičak.

The Austrian Eco-label was awarded by the Federal Ministry for Climate Protection, Environment, Energy, Mobility, Infrastructure & Technology (BMK) for the funds Raiffeisen Sustainable European Equities, Raiffeisen Sustainable EmergingMarkets Equities, and Raiffeisen Sustainable US Equities because the selection of stocks and bonds considers economic as well as ecological and social criteria. The ecolabel ensures that these criteria and their implementation are suitable for selecting appropriate stocks and bonds. This has been verified by an independent body. The award of the eco-label does not represent an economic evaluation and does not allow any conclusions to be drawn about the future performance of the investment product.

The funds Raiffeisen Sustainable European Equities, Raiffeisen Sustainable EmergingMarkets Equities, and Raiffeisen Sustainable US Equities exhibits elevated volatility, meaning that unit prices can move significantly higher or lower in short periods of time, and it is not possible to rule out loss of capital.

The investment strategy permits the fund Raiffeisen Sustainable European Equities to predominantly (relative to the associated risk) invest in derivatives.
